Summary: Rose recieves a letter she never wanted.

She held the envelope tightly in her hand, perhaps willing it to catch fire and fall into a pile of ash at her feet, but it did no such thing. It stayed in her hand, its paper as angry red as it had been when it had come in through the slot in the door.
There was no need to read this letter.
There was no need to even look at the seal on the back.
The tight cursive script used to write her name, and the colour and texture of the envelope were more than enough to tell her its contents and where it had come from. Unfortunately she couldn’t hide anymore.
They had found her.
