A/N: This is a little something I am working on for the

never_ever_will ficathon, and I thought I would share some of it, as apparently I need some cheerleaders to help keep me focused on it, as my muses keep wanting to wander off

It is going to be a multi-chaptered adventure fic. I have nearly eight pages of it at the moment, and it looks promising. Here is a bit of the first scene.

The Haunting of Tancho Base

The TARDIS heaved and groaned as it materialized on the damp stone ground. Raindrops sprinkled the ground, hissing and steaming with each strike on cracked earth.

With a soft creak, the door opened and two white trainers bounded out a few short steps before their owner loud out a shrill shriek of surprise.

“It’s raining!”

“Is it?”
